Kindly note that an amended version of “Terms and Conditions for Client’s Accounts” shall come into effect on 1 June 2020 and we hereby respectfully draw your attention to the following major changes, including but not limited to: -
(i) Clause 12.6 of Part B – General Terms ; and
(ii) Clause 4 and 13 of Third Schedule – Risk Disclosure Statements.
