Notice of the discontinuation of providing statements and communications by post

The concept of green environmental protection is our business philosophy in operations. To reduce paper consumption, we would like to inform you that our company will stop providing statements and communications by post starting from July 2024. The statements will be sent to your registered email since then. You can check the registered email address through the E-Commence International APP or iWeb. If you would like to update your email address, please log in to the E-Commence International APP or iWeb to submit the information change or complete and sign the “Change of Account Details Form”.
Please complete, sign and revert the “Change of Account Details Form” by 
1. Email: seccs@gfgroup.com.hk; or
2. Post: 27/F, GF Tower, 81 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (Attn: Customer Service Department)
You can also login and check the e-statement issued in the recent 12 months on the E-Commence International APP or iWeb.
