<Important Notice> Regarding GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Limited Participation in the "SMS Sender Registration Scheme"

To assist customers in identifying official SMS sender identities and prevent fraudulent risks, GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Limited (“GFSHK”) has officially participated in the "SMS Sender Registration Scheme" implemented by the Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) of Hong Kong.
Effective immediately, all official SMS messages sent by GFSHK will use the "#GFSE" registered with OFCA as the sender name. Please use this as the key identifier for authentic company messages to distinguish their authenticity. Should you receive any message not starting with "#" in the future, please do not open it or provide any personal information, and remain vigilant against fraud.
To safeguard your rights and security, in compliance with the regulations of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, GFSHK does not include hyperlinks in SMS messages that direct customers to log in to our website or mobile application. Therefore, official SMS messages sent by GFSHK will not contain any hyperlinks.
Even if you receive SMS with the prefix “#”, you should remain vigilant and not click on any embedded hyperlinks. If you accidentally click on the embedded hyperlinks and are thus redirected to any websites or mobile applications, you should not enter any sensitive or confidential personal information, such as user credentials and OTPs for logging onto your account.
Please regularly check for any unusual activities related to your account, such as reviewing notifications regarding system logins, password resets, transaction executions, or changes to customer and account-related information, to identify any signs of attackers attempting to conduct unauthorized transactions (whether successful or not).
To ensure message security, all information regarding institutions participating in the "SMS Sender Registration Scheme" is recorded in the official register established by OFCA. Customers may verify the authenticity of SMS sender identities and content by consulting this register or directly calling our company's customer service hotline.
