Re: Notice of Amendments to "Terms and Conditions for Client’s Accounts"
Thank you for choosing services of GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Limited (“we” or “GFSHK”). 
Kindly note that an amended version of “Terms and Conditions for Client’s Accounts” shall come into effect on 30 January 2026 and we hereby respectfully draw your attention to the following major amendments, including but not limited to: -
1. First Schedule - Addition of clauses 6.2 to 6.5 in relation to the authorization given by the Client to GFSHK
2. Third Schedule - Additional risk disclosures of clauses 13.9 and 13.10 in relation to trading of U.S. Stock Options
3. Seventh Schedule - Terms for U.S. Stock Options Trading
