Notice of the discontinuation of providing statements and communications by post
Thank you for your continued support!
Our company adheres to the green and environmentally friendly philosophy. To implement energy conservation and paper reduction, with effect from April 1, 2026, we will no longer accept new applications for receiving statements or communications by post. Effective on the same date, the activation of all inactive accounts must update the method of receiving statements and communications to email. You can log in to the E-Commence International APP or complete and sign the “Change of Account Details Form” if you would like to update the method of receiving statements and communications.
Please complete, sign and revert the “Change of Account Details Form” by 
1. Email: seccs@gfgroup.com.hk; or
2. Post: 27/F, GF Tower, 81 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (Attn: Customer Service Department)
You can also login and check the e-statement issued in the recent 12 months on the E-Commence International APP or iWeb.
