Dear Valued Client, 
Thank you for choosing GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Limited (“GFSHK”).
With effect from today, GFSHK launched U.S. stock options trading services. Clients who would like to activate U.S. Stock Options Trading Services, please provide GFSHK the completed and signed form through below methods. 

Form
•《Application Form for Opening Additional Securities Trading Account and/or Stock Options Trading Account and/or Remittance Account under the Northbound Scheme of the Cross-Boundary Wealth Management Connect in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area》
Please note that below requirements should be fulfilled for U.S. stock options trading services: 
(1) Client who maintains margin account and enabled U.S. stock services, and
(2) Client who has a valid IRS W-8 series form, and 
(3) Client who has completed the “Derivatives Knowledge Assessment Form” and assessed with knowledge of derivatives. 

Submission Method
•Email the completed and signed form in scanned or photographed to seccs@gfgroup.com.hk, or
•Mail the completed and signed form in original to customer service department at the address:
